Return Policy

We work hard to deliver to you the best neon sign at the best price. For that reason and due to the nature of neon, we do not allow exchanges or returns unless authorized by one of our customer service representatives and only due to shipping damage. For product warranty issues please see "USneon.com One Year Limited Warranty" below.

Shipping Guarantee

Due to our quality packaging, USneon.com guarantees all products to arrive in great working condition. However, in the event that you encounter a product damaged due to shipping, we will replace or repair the damaged product.

Just follow these simple steps:

Open the packaging within 24 hours of receiving.
Report any shipping damage immediately to CustomerService@USneon.com or call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-631-6489. A customer service representative will contact you to handle your claim.
Please remember to hold on to the original packaging, this will insure safe storage and shipping. Please remember that we do not accept neon signs not shipped in original packaging.

USneon.comOne Year Limited Warranty

All Residential UL® Neon Signs sold by USneon.com are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of receipt by you. We warrant that glass tubing will perform as intended, but do not warrant against glass breakage except as follows:

If your neon product arrives with broken glass or other damage, or is not in good working order, you must contact us within 24 hours after receipt of your neon product, and we will replace it at no charge to you. The replacement will be warranted for one year.

If, within one year of the date you received your Neon product, it is determined by a USneon.com representative to be defective in material or workmanship and is returned to us in its original packaging we will replace it at no charge to you. The replacement will be warranted for one year.

To obtain warranty service for your neon product, you must call USneon.com Customer Service Department at 1-800-631-6489 to report the problem. If you return your neon product, you must do so in accordance with the instructions given to and at your cost. We will ship the replacement product to your home in the United States at no cost to you.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY (AN UNWRITTEN WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT IS FIT FOR ORDINARY USE), ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF YOUR NEON PRODUCT BY YOU. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF YOUR NEON PRODUCTS, PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSE BY YOUR NEON PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE TO WORK OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty does not cover (i) breakage of glass tubing resulting from events outside of USneon.com control, except as provided above or (ii) defects resulting from events out of USneon.com control. Events outside of USneon.com control include alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, flood, or acts of God.

State law rights:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
